@Alienscar Ok! I may have found the issue....in my case. I could see that it was same add in Google play that accure. When I cleaned the cash in GPlay and changed to "App" veiw it stoped. My "feeling" is that it was a add linked in to GPlay that hocked and did a loop..... Played now for 2 hours an it is working well👍🙋‍♀️…

@betchiegrl29 Thank you! Ahhh, ok, rebot the phone is done i two different ways as Samsung showed last year when they had a bug. I am pretty good on keeping memory in good shape, half empty, and upgrade done the latest of the phone and also the app. Cleaned even more now so I will give it a go🤓🤔

Yes, I have tried both wifi and 4g. Using Samsung....
