You mean at the end of the level if you lose? Not everyone on every device has access to that, so even if you have access to it on another, it doesn't mean you will on all. I don't have the extra moves either.

Any star is a pass! At some point if enough players complain I am sure they will change it and then hopefully, you will get all the stars.

Thank you, when you go to use bars, are you trying to purchase more moves or something else? Could you let us know your ios version and game version please. You can find the game version in the app store.
