It could be simply that not everyone gets it sadly. In order to keep the game stable and running properly. It doesn't mean you won't get it again though, it just rotates randomly amongst players. If there are any other issues, I haven't heard anything yet 😏

I will answer the mystery mountain part on your other post. However as regards your game, I need to know which device you are using and the operating system and version, and the game app version you have, so we can start with some troubleshooting.
