I have sent this over to the team, but as regards the missing items, you need to contact apple support and tell them you didn't get the bars so they can refund you. There should be a link on the bottom of the confirmation email 🤗

Clear cache and cookies as we were told that this level has been changed there now too. So fingers crossed clearing will help!

Unfortunately they will not reimburse you for the bombs you have bought as its not a guarentee you will pass the level. They should be possible to do without buying but it takes longer. I will see if I can find you some tips.

Don't give up @Beverley10 ! Here is the non app contact form. However as regards the level change, did you make you that you cleared your browser cache and the game cookies? Just in case that is what is stopping it showing 🤗

To answer the question about Petopia or indeed events not being added to desktop. Its a lot harder, developer wise to add things and update them quickly on desktop.
