One thing they asked me to ask, can you play via the windows app? As that will be updated as long as you have windows 10 or 11.

Appreciate the politeness and I completely agree with the non polite thoughts too π I will pass it over to our CM so that the studio are aware its still happening. Do you automatically clear cookies every day? Sometimes that can make it happen.

On Facebook or the windows app? If on Facebook there is an issue where they vanish for no apparant reason but because its only a few players affected, its harder for them to pin point the issue and fix it π€¨

As far as I know, (I will check with @Lynette ) but usually if you already played the levels, the stars only get awarded if you get more than you had before. So if you previously had one star but then earned 3 next time, you would get the extras then π
