Your community email, is it the same as your progress saving in the game email? It might be that you used different emails.

Hello and welcome to the pet rescue area. Congratulations on the new phone. Open the game, click on the cog or where it says something like "save your progress" and log in with your existing method. Boosters will not transfer across as they stay on the same device you won them on, but the progress and bars will move over 😊
