Hi there, were you playing on a different device/platform before? Your boosters are tied to wherever you are playing, so if you switch it up, they go away.

These events may come and go at any time. Many people say they stop receiving them after making a purchase in the store.

Sometimes you just have to wait for your lives to replenish. If you are referring to the fish booster, they randomly are generated by playing boards :)

If your credit card is being charged but you are receiving nothing, be sure to make a report.
