I've only had it for two days. One thing I've noticed is that it is 'daily' according to Central European Time, not my local time like the previous daily rewards were.

Keeping it permanently logged in on Chrome might be the problem. Closing the game, and clearing the cache on your computer then logging back in again could help.

Hi @sandi418 your level has been reset a second time! I suspect the problem might be because you only play on facebook π Try logging out of facebook, clearing your computer cache and cookies, and completely shut down your device. Then open everything up again and log back into facebook. Hopefully this will rest everythingβ¦

Hi @bamamama42 wow! this does sound very frustrating. I suggest that you log out, then into your game before you play any levels to make sure it's connecting to save your progress. Let me know if this helps?
