That is strange @Peanut7139 - are you able to tell me the level number so I can see what happens in my own game? Check your game connection, log out, clear your cache etc then log back in again. Often rewards will be waiting for better connectivity.

Hi @Peanut7139 it sounds like you were playing a level where it can end suddenly if you loose a Pet, or there are no more valid moves (groups of blocks to collect) This can mean a level finishes even though you have moves left because you cannot complete the level goal any more. Which level number was it you were playing?

Are you having trouble with this level @dexter23 ? This level is all about sliding the columns to the left to move your Pets.

It would have been easier to just let customer support know by messaging them from in your game. They would have reset your progress to where you were at!

Hi @BVGrear the main thing to try in Level 8076 is to use the locked blocks to stop the green and yellow blocks from keeping the fire and ice bombs apart. Drop your bombs below some locked blocks then clear other blocks away so the fire and ice can meet, then you can use a key. Once bombs are made more fire and ice canβ¦

Hi @BQN537 the way I 'solve' this is by just closing the random level unless it's goal is to rescue over 10 Pets. You do not have to play each random level! Sometimes it does take a lot of opening and rejecting but this makes me level up and collect more city members very fast π My population after rescuing 14 more Petsβ¦

There appears to be a glitch with this Petopia where after Petopia Level 39 we no longer recieve our special building rewards π It's been reported, but as Petopia is a temporary event it may not be fixed until the next Petopia.

I also agree π I don't mind the need for boosters every now and again to help us through a really hard level, but in my opinion all levels should also be able to be completed without any help (boosters or moves) for those times when we just can't pay.
