Hi @GilberL, level 7812 is a really hard one 😕 The Pets and butterflies only appear in the outer columns so you have to be very lucky with your use of the line blasters to clear these columns. If you have spare boosters they can be used to clear the outer columns (rockets) or collect more blocks for the butterflies…

This error message means that your game is not connecting properly. Try logging out, then in again and see if that helps?
