Hi @Louise_Lapierre this level has not changed. It was just as difficult for everyone else as it is for you. The examples only look 'easy' as we were lucky in the 2389th time we played that it finally worked out! There is no indication that your game is not working 'correctly' The rewards you get are random, and until you get to the final Petopia Level (Level 75) you are more likely to gain blue hearts as they Level you up quicker. After Level 75 you'll see more variety in the rewards.

Hi @Bipin14311 I hope you've noticed when watching the video example that the Pets will not fall in Level 1634 until ALL the metal boxes are removed. Good luck ๐

Hi @KristieC I'd never noticed we'd got both coins and blue hearts at the same time ๐ The current Petopia seems to give random rewards one at a time. Including hearts, coins, free playtime and boosters.

Hi @vmclean this was a quest in the previous Petopia, it sounds like you need to update your game! Look in your app store for an 'update' button. The first post in this thread shows what you needed to do to fulfill that same quest anyway. It was not specifically for 'donuts' but just to give the Pets what they asked for.
