Hi @Edgardo_Zapata the random level only appears when you're at the end. You can choose your levels via the small map as shown below. Note this only works on the game app, not on facebook/computer.

Yes, there is a glitch for some players - it's been reported. Hopefully I can update you soon with news on what to do!

Hi @listlt the bonus games do tend to come and go, it depends on if you are in a group who gets them currently, or not.

Hi, Try closing your game and freeing up some space on your device. If this does not help please tell us what device you are playing on and how much free space the device has so we can do some troubleshooting. Thank you.
