The option to ask for help just pops up randomly within the game after you've repeatedly tried and failed at a level.

Hi @ddagounakis new episodes are released every Monday. We are now up to level 7227. It sounds like your game is not updating automatically. Look up Pet Rescue Saga in your app store, there should be an 'update' button.
