Try looking in your app store for a game update @haroldllo Usually there are no problems with the Winter Petopia, it's only the Halloween one with glitches. Let me know if it helps?

Hi @sheilap78 - this has been answered elsewhere, but I'll add it here also. Mystery Mountain is a bonus game. These are not always available and we've been told they can come and go within the game. No one has it this weekend, so I guess it's one of those times it's just gone! 😕

The next thing to try would be to open facebook/Pet Rescue Saga in a different browser than you usually use.
