  • Hi @bonita_are Petopia was causing problems, but now that it is over you should be able to update (look in your app store) and return to playing.

  • Hi @lahfayesmith look in your app store for a game update. If updating does not help you might need to uninstall then re-install the game. Doing this will make you lose any boosters that you have saved, but your progress will be at the same positon it was when you last signed in to save your game.

  • Hi @cthidell the map version of the game (as pictured in your post) was discontinued in January this year. The new game is more streamlined and does not take up as much data on our devices.

  • Hi @dianakotori the 'map' version of the game was discontinued at the beginning of the year. I think the developers are trying to streamline the game so it takes up less room on our devices. The Pet picture does change, (slightly) it is seasonal, the picture we see now is an Autumn/Fall picture 🙂
