Hi @vanity1 Friends need to accept lives sent, then a blue heart will appear on your game enabling you to send another to them. If you have inactive friends you can remove them and try accepting new ones.

Try painting more of the color you need, then use a balloon so that you get all that color at once. To get the butterfly in one move you need at least 16 of the correct color. Good luck!

If you do not see gold bars that you've won they will sometimes appear next time you open the game - if not, use the gear wheel within the game to contact game support via the help button. This way they can look directly into your game to see what the problem is and replace the bars if necessary.
