I'm glad they were able to help and you got back in so fast 🙂 You are correct in recommending Player Support, they are the best for situations like this. I assume you used the help button within your game? It means they know your game ID immediately so can look into your personal game for specific advice.

Hi @zainab786 I didn't manage to collect enough red blocks this time either 😕 it is difficult without the bonus games. 1,2,3, Grow is a regular event so I hope it comes back soon and we can try again!

There are new levels released every Monday, so you'll stop getting random levels once they are here 🙂 We get one episode (15 levels) one Monday then two episodes (30 levels) the next Monday - then back to one again, it alternates. Next Monday is a two episode release, so you know now that you will have 30 levels to play…

Hi @lisamo Level 3675 is a really hard one! The trick is to try and make as large groups as you can, 16 at once is the best and will save a Pet at once! Apparently most players are managing to pass this one (I suspect they all used extra moves) so the level will probably stay as it is. I would suggest that (if you get it this weekend) to play the Mystery Mountain bonus game to earn some gold to help you buy more moves to pass Level 6426.

Did you read this post here: Missing Events @Anya_Zakaeva ? There is nothing you can do if you were randomly selected not to have events (I don't have them either) We just have to be patient and wait to see if they come back.
