Hi @pinklady65 we are aware this level is too difficult to play without extra moves. It has been reported to King. They do not work weekends so we must be patient and wait for a fix, then also look out for a game update to pick up this new version of the level.

I was told that last weekend no one was supposed to have Mystery Mountain in their game 🙄 Some of us obviously did so I have no idea what is happening. I will try again to find out for you!

Hi @Peanut7139 what we are told about extras to the game, like the Mystery Mountain is this: Your event or challenge is missing? In it are some suggestions to help re-gain a missing event. Also, just to make sure, have you scrolled all the way both up and down in your events tab? Sometimes an event is there, but is hiding.

@Peanut7139 sometimes events are removed or added just to see what differences it makes in how we play the games. We need to remember that events are just bonuses that we can play along side the real game and levels. I will definitely find out for you what is causing this though.
