They usually show immediately after you have completed a level, and if it's a level where the card is to wear something, it is often that same Pet who has the thought. Have a look at the end of this level to see what I mean:

Hi @pagey18 , I missed out on broccoli 😕 The seeds given are just random so sometimes some of us do not get them all. It would be good if there were more choice, like 3 seed cards to choose from instead of one seed card and two other things.
