Hi @Moh1977 Try logging out of your game, closing your device, then opening everything up again. Don't worry if it says you'll go back to Level 1 if you log out. When you log back in again you'll have your progress again, and hopefully you'll also have the Winter Petopia!

Hi @Slavender83 there was a game glitch specific to iPhone 14 but a fix was made for it and released in an update yesterday. Look in your app store for an updateΒ π If this does not help, keep an eye on this thread for more answers: Update App Issue
