Without boosters, it seems impossible. I have had a suspicion for a while now that when making the decision to reduce moves, King don't review the level in question and just go by the stats they collect. Hello @Sbssas6524 I think you need to use starting boosters, preferably all three. More so, you must be lucky enough to get a color bomb placed next to a YELLOW special candy by the game.
