Hello. I also got stuck with that issue and there is no place to report it at all. It is indeed very frustrating and studio even doesn't do any thing for this?

Still have no idea, just notice it since the new update and it is very uncomfortable. Hope someone in the studio sees the post or some hard levels are really hard to pass.

I also get that same issue. It repeats the same candy layout when replaying a level without reshuffled, including cascades, like when I make a move, it does the same thing like before.
