Still have no idea, just notice it since the new update and it is very uncomfortable. Hope someone in the studio sees the post or some hard levels are really hard to pass.

I also get that same issue. It repeats the same candy layout when replaying a level without reshuffled, including cascades, like when I make a move, it does the same thing like before. More screenshots Try replay the same level and it does not change the position. This is when I quit the app and restart the app. It is very frustrating to do that when I want to replay it.

A random level at 1:52 PM, using colorbomb still that level in 1:53 PM, candies and colorbomb still stay the same, they are not shuffled when replayed at all.

Most newly released levels won't have "hard-level" markers available yet. You have to wait until 1 or 2 weeks to see them.
