I decided that if I want a decent chance at the 150 gold bars, I need to make the most of the Star Tournament while it's still going. It's late now here, so I'm finally quitting, but I definitely made good use of it today. Maybe it will be enough; I still have enough boosters from ads watched to get through 2 episodes…

I started playing the Star Tournament this morning, about 12 hours ago. I had saved one episode to do before starting it. I have a score of 822 in the Star Tournament during those 12 hours. Definitely my highest score ever in such a short time.

Oops. It didn't occur to me until now that the Star Tournament ends tonight. So I won't be able to keep going like this after that. So I will probably not win without spending, since others seem to be spending. Oh well. I might have a shot at second or third.

Doing okay so far. A couple of people put up quite a challenge during the first few hours, but I finally managed to take the lead, without spending any gold bars. Also leading my group in the Star Tournament so far:

I did get the final too!! I am surprised this is 48 hours. I expected it to be 24. It is ridiculous how nice it is to play the Star Tournament for this. So many good levels for stripes. But there do seem to be some people willing to go pretty far with it, so it will be interesting to see how I can do without spending any…

Actually, on reddit a screenshot was posted of what the level 20,000 supposedly looks like. The claim is that it is already in the data files if you know how to hack it. I play on Android so it's not easy to go looking for it to see if it's real. I am looking forward to seeing if it's correct. The level looks fun, but…
