If it's footage of playing levels then I don't think you need permission judging by how many other people have uploaded videos of this. I'd be surprised if they all had to get permission.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. Does that mean you have the game installed on Windows 10 or do you play through King.com?

If you have Windows 10 then just install the Game App instead, it's much better than running off a browser. You should find it in the windows store.
