In order to have it, you normally have to have an active connection to either Facebook or Kingdom. If you're already connected you may want to try signing out and back in again. Might also be worth checking to see if there are any updates available in the App store.

Try this out, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. When you hit connect in the game it should sign you into that account.

You can't unlock it, that's as far as it goes for now until the next update is out.

If it's a visual issue or if it's crashing then playing around with the Facebook connection isn't likely to change that. You may want to look for any game updates available in the store or even reinstalling the app should get it going again.

Have you taking the game off your profile and adding it again? Don't worry you won't lose your progress, as soon as you go back into the game it will add itself again and put you back where you left off.
