It's tough alright, but I don't think it was made with easy in mind but more as a new challenge for people who've already completed Regular and Soda Saga.

I've only had this when I used a Colour Bomb Booster I had, it doesn't count in the order because the Colour Bomb was not generated on the board which is a requirement.

Unfortunately there isn't anything in the game to make it quicker and easier to go back... trust me I've looked lol. Shame really

You may want to look at upgrading from Vista, It's getting on a bit now! What troubleshooting have you done so far by the way, I take it you got no joy from clearing & cookies right? Did you also try load the game in a different browser quickly? Could be something or an extension Chrome messing thing up.

If that happens to you a lot I'd take a screenshots at the end of the level, that way you can show that you completed the order or whatever the level requirement was and still got the Level Failed message.

check you haven't got an update pending for it or you tablet OS. If you get no joy from that and your progress is saved to either FB or Kingdom, doing a reinstall usually does the trick.

If you got the the Facebook App installed on both just make sure they are both up to date. If they already are, uninstall them and connect in the game to Facebook, it will open up a web browser for you to log instead, works a soft rest apparently so give it a shot. Once you're done you can reinstall the FB app. Let me know…

Every time you use a companion in a level beans get used up, could it be that?

I don't think troubleshooting will change the level for you, I don't think it's a bug but just that's it's pretty difficult to get the butterflies to activate and set the pets free. Have you looked at any videos for inspiration? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAU1ojSpO_4
