From the videos I've seen I'd say an average of 5-10 drop down per game easy, so if you're only getting 1 or 2 per 3-4 games I'd record it and post it because that definitely doesn't seem right.

As far as I know it's not possible to share the same progress across multiple FB or Kingdom accounts, it''s always been that way and I think it's aimed to stop people sharing progress.

If you've got the FB app on your phone I'd also double check that you've got the latest update for it too.

If you're on playing on a PC then you must be on Windows 10, right? It might be worth checking in the Store to see if there's any updates for the games. If you've saved your progress by connecting your games to either FB or Kingdom then it may be easiest to reinstall from scratch.

Logging out and restarting is never a bad idea but it won't clear anything, you'll need to remove all cache and cookies from your browser yourself. If that doesn't do the trick and you don't play in Chrome, I'd load up the game there to test it as Chrome has the latest version of Flash built into it.

Which browser are using Paula? If you're using Chrome and it's still not working it's most likely coming from the game itself as Chrome has Flash built into which is always up to date.

There's a couple of ways to resync it, first thing to check is what level your are when you check directly in Facebook, that way you'll know which device has stopped syncing properly. Let me know which it is!
