Probably in the same way that you can't play Jelly in landscape mode on tablet and mobile, it's not been made with that function even though the past games have.

Being up to date with your software is a good start, but did you notice any change whatsoever when you cleared out your browser cache & cookies? If you didn't, is the exact same thing happening when you try playing in a different browser? It's the quickest way to rule out browser issues.

I don't remember having any troubles with passing to 101 personally. What's happening exactly, what's does the end game message tell you when you complete it?

Progress is specific to your account, so if you log into someone's account you will load their progress and not yours.

Nothing gets saved to your email address. There are two options to save and transfer your progress to other devices, and that's by either connecting it to Facebook or Kingdom, personally I would suggest Kingdom but that's just my opinion.

You'll need to reconnect your game to either FB or Kingdom in order for you progress to be restored, that's if you connected your game to it to begin with.

Check you have the latest update for the game and failing that check that you have the latest update for our OS. If that doesn't fix it then generally the only thing left to do is reinstall but I'm afraid you'll be kicking yourself for not syncing your progress to either FB or Kingdom.

It's always done that, it's only on the mobile version of the game that messages can be banked whereas On PC any messages get wiped when the game window is closed.
