That's weird, the only thing I can think of is restriction by location, either that or maybe your OS or the Play Store needs updating as well. I'd double check that if you haven't already CKF

There is, roadblocks automatically unlock after 72 hrs, but personally I'd suggest connecting with Kingdom. It's more reliable and definitely receive more things from others there.

Not sure what it could be, what the version that you've got installed on your iPad? Have you also check if you have the latest update for your OS?

Check for an update in the store, if there's nothing there then it's probably worth reinstalling as long as your progress is synced to FB or Kingdom.

There's nothing to use or select, you just get a message that you've been gifted extra moves but clicking on it doesn't do anything as they will automatically load up in the level you've been stuck in.

Which store is this from, Google Play or App Store? Have you checked manually there to see whether it's available?

As far as I understood it the gifted extra moves cannot be used or selected per say, they automatically get added to the level you've been stuck on for a while when you load it up, that's the trigger for them to start coming in. If you've received six of them for example then you should get an extra 3 moves each time…

It's because like the boosters, messages and gift are device specific and don't sync across devices like progress and gold bars do.

That sucks but at the same I can't believe you've made it that far without ever backing up your game progress, that's nuts! Hope you can get it restored!

What do you mean you have used and deducted, deducted from what? The 3 extra moves that are gifted automatically get added to level which you've been stuck on for while and cannot be selected.
