  • Hi Rama! Please try disabling browser plugins and extensions. You might also have to check what other programs you have running in the background. Not sure what OS you are using but on Windows you can start the Task Manager by pressing Control+Shift+Escape at the same time. Check the Tab "Processes" for any programs…

  • Hi Jigar! It is not possible to reset the game from Facebook. Instead I suggest you play Candy Crush Saga on King.com. You can also choose to play the game from a mobile device. Please remember not to connect the game to Facebook as it will pull your progress to your mobile device. Cheers :-)
