Hi Goth! Sounds like the refurbished Galaxy has a hardware issue and you might have to do either a factory reset or get another model without the issue. Please do a backup of all your data first under all circumstances. Cheers :-)

Hi Tera! The game is compatible with your device so I guess it can be an issue with the iPad. I read somewhere that it can help to switch off Internet connection (WiFi and/or 3G). Maybe that can solve your issue. Cheers :-)

Hi Ricardia! You can't transfer your progress to other Facebook accounts. Just reconnect to your old Facebook account and you can continue from 149. Cheers :-)

Hi Dee! Actually your friends are sending you lives but you can only carry maximum 5 lives at any times - that's why the lives your friends are sending turns into beans instead. Same thing happens when you send lives to your friends :-)

Hi Jessica! I have tried something similar - it happened because my WiFi lost signal for a second and the progress was not registered. Are you using WiFi or 3G/4G?

Hi Lorinda! Have you tried playing the Farm Heroes from another browser? I normally use Google Chrome as it performs pretty well for Flash games. Also I suggest you try disabling any browser plugins and extensions to test if that will solve your issue. Cheers :-)
