Have you tried to manually update the app? via the Kindle store I mean. There should be 815 levels right now. Check you're sync'd with your Facebook as well. It should show all the levels then. 

Did the update disconnect you from Facebook? Maybe try to connect again and see if they return. 

Have you passed the levels in the normal Candy world? I know that you have to pass the episode in this world in order to continue in the Dreamworld. So maybe you need to play more normal world levels?

That's a little strange. Did you lose your connection to Facebook? Maybe try and log out and connect again, see if it puts you back in the right place.

I think that these are just part of the game, I don't think that you can switch them off.
