A lot of times we forget about taking care of our mental health, it's even tougher for men at times since society dictates they should tough it up. I'm sad a friend of mine chose suicide as a way out and it reminded me that everyone should be encouraged to speak up about their troubles. Remember, you are never alone. ๐
