Hi @TLW64, if you sync your progress, then you'll be able to play via Facebook even if you change browsers (like logging in through Explorer instead od Chrome), since the levels are related to your FB account and not the browsers itself. 🙂

Just make sure your batery is full, @Kiw1 ;) Level 3309 can be a bit tricky to pass, but when you do, just let it run until the end. That should give you about 600 color bombs 🙂

If you had some purchased unused boosters then they can be restored, however the other boosters you saved were probably lost because they get stored in the device itself and not on a network server.

Hi @nijono, this sometimes happens with the F5 event. If you look closely at your scores you'll notice that they don't add up to 7000. Do the standard troubleshoot, restart the app or the device, check that it's up to date in play a couple of levels. Hope it works :)
