  • @SandraMurphy27 I think you shouldn't log out of Facebook. If your progress is saved through it, you need to be always logged in and your progress will always be saved. Let's wait until tomorrow to find out more details regarding your issue.

  • @SandraMurphy27 This is weird. It should always be the same. Does your progress stay the same each time? Do you log off from Facebook or you just close the game and open it again?

  • @SandraMurphy27 Thank you so much for answering. This ID is actually different than the previous one you gave me. You might have mixed the games. I will pass this on but I have to ask you to be patient until tomorrow. Here in Europe is almost evening and the CMs are out of the office until the morning.
