  • The Esc button should work on the Candy Crush Saga App installed from Microsoft Store. However, if you play from Facebook on any browser, the Candy crush Saga will not response to Esc button. I am not affected since I don't have Candy Royale pop-up in my game.

  • Still not resolved? Fortunately/unfortunately, Candy Royale had ceased to show up on my game few months ago. If you still face with this CR problem, may I suggest you install one of the old version CCS. Say, the version 6 months ago. Stop the auto update of CCS App for the time being. There are several drawbacks though.…

  • It disappeared from my game long ago. I am waiting but it just refuses to come back. Never strike the 500 bars. Consistently winning around 20. I guess the best way to eliminate Candy Royale is to win the gold bars consistently. King will say "That's it, no more Candy Royale for you".

  • That is the problem with this game developer. Not everyone has the same game features. I still have that feature in my game: Scroll down to lower levels so that you can send lives to more friends who had already passed that level.

  • I can still send out lives in bulk. No problem so far. For those who are receiving very few lives, I suggest you send out more lives to all even without request from them. Some friends will reciprocate for your kindness. Never keeps requesting without giving.
