Cannot advance to level 381 on iPad after completing level 380.
its really annoying since I used gold bars to pass 380!
i had the same problem over a month ago at level 365, until thanksgiving day when I found new levels loaded! Boy, was I happy then.
Perhaps it would be fair to advise customers how many levels are actually active when the game shows many more levels than what's available.
How do I get bars refunded to my account?

380 is still "top" level for now, by the looks of it should go up to 410 but still waiting for these levels to be released. You can try to report a problem with your purchase (think you can do that from the iTunes receipt) and see if you can get them credited back to you.
