Alpha Betty Saga - Level 38 - Playing on a desktop

I'm trying to play level 38.  It tells me the objective is to collect 13.  It then tells me that each crown adds an extra letter to the word.  At that point, I am stuck.  There is nowhere I can click to exit out of this message; therefore, I cannot continue to play the game.......Frustrating.

That's a pain, have you tried the general troubleshooting to see if there's any improvements?
