What is the function and purpose of the blue bubbles with the green smoke coming out of the top? I know they decrease in value on each turn. So far the only reply has sent me to this site with no answer.
In scanning through the library, I noticed that this bubble is called a move stealer. Evidently, if you don't pop the bubble before it reaches zero, it reduces your moves by one. I'm really disappointed that nobody answered the question.

Hi Kenny!
Would you happen to have a screenshot of how it looks?
Cheers
