Alphabetty the word Dee having to quit game

Paid for gold bars lost two games I paid for as game started with no words to find instead of shuffling it kept showing me there was a word DEE so I clicked on arrows showing the word DEE would not be accepted but would not shuffle either had no choice but to quit
