Alpha Betty not loading on computer

Been having an issue getting Alpha Betty to load keep getting the issue screen. I can play on my tablet but not on computer. Any help would be appreciated

A blue screen with a little black square and a white cross in it. Message: You need flash player. If I click on this black thing, it leads me to a help page of Adobe flash player. They tell me how I should enable flash player. My flash player and all other King games are working!

Before your steps, I ran a full virus scan, no problem. I use Windows 10, all updates done. I play the game on my laptop via king.com. I was at level 380 or something of Alphabetty, never had any problem before.

In fact the blue screen is a light blue sky with some clouds. Sometimes the little black square doesn't appear. In Dutch: you need flash player to play Alphabetty.

And now, all of a sudden, after a Windows update, Alphabetty is working again!
