Midday bonus - AlphaBetty

I get reminders to go to the game (on my phone) to get  daily bonus, but when i open the game it is not there. It used to come up automatically if i was in the time frame, 12-2pm, I think. Am I missing somethingthat I need to do to access the bonus?

    It seems that this is a pending issue while they gather more information. 

    Could you let me know the following :

    1. Has troubleshooting been done, if yes then what?

    2. Game app version

    3. Make and model of device

    4. OS system installed

    5. Available storage on device

    Monday, still same. Booster wheel still MIA. Android (Nougat) tablet and iPhone (ios 11+); all up-to-date including game. Wheel done spun out of sight.

    I am on an iPhone 6s, software  11.2.6. Not sure how to see game version, but all updates to phone and apps are done.
