Well, you DID think of it. Mine was just a different take on an earlier post based on that movie title, and I thought yours was a much better take on it.

I would never started playing King games at the start if I had to pay for it, i'm not a gambler.
Most of the time I don't pay, because it's a game for fun. And I don't have the money, but sometimes i pay for a few boosters. And sometimes you are more addicted but I try not, it's lost money.

So player feedback was provided to the Game Team in July 2020 and there is still no replacement offered for the removal of the extra moves wheel. It appears that every level requires a minimum of at least 5 extra moves. The number of moves have already been reduced in many levels. Why not just add 5 extra moves to every level.
