why does it ask repeatedly if you want to be connected to an agent even after you say yes, but it literally is not possible for it to connect you to an agent.

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough @Carol-38 but 1.323.0.1 is the latest issue as far as I know.
Note that the fix is only for mobile users and not Facebook or PC users.

So the fix was sent out for mobile users, are you also having this issue but on Facebook? Or are you playing via the game app from Microsoft Store?

Today I noticed that after repeatedly playing booster ads to the end, I was denighed the booster/extra life every time! This happened in all four of my CC games.
Definitely Friday the 13th for me.π
