@Glenice Hi guessing its the error above, for this please see post below. Unfortunately the only fix at present for this is to uninstall and reinstall, but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES

I do play on my tablet and have no problem. My problem is only on my desktop and only with Jelly.

It’s a problem on their end. Everybody gets it from time to time.
It’s been reported, but I am unsure if there is an ETA for it being corrected. It’s been happening for over a year.
It’s intermittent, so it should not affect you for long.
