So a couple of days ago I purchased a skin and didn’t receive it, I then contacted customer support they sent an email saying to send a screenshot of receipt, so I did without a response back, and was completely ignored, and was then told to make another ticket with customer support to do the whole process again. I decided just to go to apple and received my refund, this has completely blown any confidence I had in King games and have lost a customer who would have brought a lot more skins but cannot trust their service. So my advice would be to get a refund from apple store or google play store. And do not purchase any in app skins until they fix this issue. Which they should of warned people about because this has been happening for the past week.

I do feel sorry for them, probably working extra hard right now to fix the issues, probably need a little patience and faith, better communication on their part is definitely needed in future crisis, it’s unfair on the consumer not even a tweet or FB post about the error in purchasing is mind boggling.

I feel like they released the game unprepared for the global ratio of players... an increase of population in the game also means a lot of no good doers such as hackers & glitchers. Another thing is that, I feel like they used too simple programming for the game & its security features, that's why there's tons of issues for the past few weeks of global release... You're right, it feels like they tossed the game into a room of fire... and now its backfiring on the developers...
