Was this number written at the "Subject" area of the email you have received @XxSeLxX?
If so, that is the ticket number. If not, please look in the "Subject" area and copy that number here for me😊

When you contacted the Player Support team, did you receive a ticket number by any chance? If so, can you post that here?

I contacted support at the same time they advised me to write on the forum. Unfortunately, I have no other way to access the game. I have been experiencing this problem for several months now.

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing constant crashing issues on your device!
Is it only Candy Crush Saga you are experiencing this issue? Do you play any other King Saga games? Do they all work properly?
Which device are you using? Have you reported the issue to King Player Support team through your game App?
I saw similar complaints from few other players as well! But for my clarification, did you try any troubleshooting steps just to make sure that it's not the device that is causing the crashing? When we report the issue to Player Support team, it is the first thing they ask us and recommend the steps!

Crashing
My game has frozen three times this week after I tried to make a purchase to complete a level. I lost my progress and time — I was close to winning a few matches, but didn’t make it and all 3 times the time kept ticking away while I had the party booster active. After the third time, this is really frustrating. It costs boosters, money, and gold bars. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with the App store in your game!
You mentioned that after restarting the game, you just have the spinning wheel! Are you not finding any other events & features of the game? If so, please replay an old level (win or lose, does not matter) - after finishing the level, come back to the map screen and all features that are available to you will reappear!
With regards to the App purchases - can you tell me which device you are using? Did you try any troubleshooting steps and see if it works?
