Hi @MollyS I know @Origins7_Dale got the supersonic lolly in a level he was replaying. I heard from him he got that awesome booster by replaying a level so I was replaying and replaying and.......Didn’t get it, but with the bake a cake it was there 😊. Maybe you can find it by replaying or just playing levels 🙏🏻

Yeah we're in the same issue, don't worry cheaters have one thing in mind: Ruining the fun of the game and fair players. I learned that if you ignored them for a long time, they just get bored and leave the game. That's right, boredom is poison to hackers and cheaters. Just let them remain being no.1 and see what happens. If they can maintain their sanity of course.

ℹ️ In order to keep special features like Events & Challenges (such as the Teams feature) accessible/available for all Players, you might have access to them sometimes & other Players may not, or vice-versa. This is so that everyone gets to play as many features as is manageable.
- With that in mind, make sure that your Game is updated to its latest version so you'll know what special features are available to you at a particular time.
🔺 Update the Game via your App Store.
- You can manually check if you have the latest version of the Game by visiting the App Store & seeing if the button shows 'Update'. Here are the links you need to get more information on how to do this:

Re: Random crashes, also turning Bluetooth keyboard on/off causes game to force-close
If the app is force closing when you switch your Bluetooth off/on, that sounds like you’re device might be running low on memory.
As far as the game app crashing randomly, it is also possible that could be due to memory. However, it could also be that your device is running hot. When this occurs, had you been using your device for a long stretch of time?
If your using an Apple device, you might also check your battery health. This can be done by going to:
- Settings
- Battery
- Battery Health
If your battery health is below 80%, you may want to look into replacing it.

Possible Hacker found in game
Hi there!
I'd like to report this player because of a suspicious behavior.
His team were on 4th place as far as I remember, and suddenly in just one night he got more than 120K throphies, that's impossible to do.
Here's attached his profile as well as the team:
Hope you guys can help me by investigate this player and just in case he's cheating, apply the respective restrictions. I'm just a guy who's trying to mantain the fair play not just for me, but for my team as well.
