Re: Super Color Bomb Needs to be Fixed

Thanks for the additional reports and for linking the other discussions @Alienscar that actually helps put things into perspective.
From what I’m seeing so far, it looks like the Super Color Bomb itself may not be the issue, but rather the game freezing around the moment the Super Color Bomb info popup appears. When the game freezes and has to be restarted, the session resets and the Super Color Bomb disappears.
I'll add this report to the ongoing game freezing investigation so the studio can take a closer look.

I actually try to help the people who are in the rows and lines, and try to make it easier for them, and they still just sit there! I take the harder blocks and give them the easy ones like just getting so many bubbles or getting something easier just so I can get the line done.🤷♀️
No Chef's Hat on my map...
I beat the level with the Chef's Hat on the map to release myself so I could keep baking the cake, but I was not released, I am still stuck under that glass dome, and there is now no Chef's Hat on the map so it seems I am stuck forever? This happened to me last week as well!
Need help
I've been on level 4133 of candy crush soda saga for 4 days now and can't beat it and it only has 15 moves has anyone else had a problem with it and I googled on how to beat watched a few old videos and it looks like 30 moves not 15 so don't know whats going on there

Island? What island? I am on level 10880 alongside My Puce Pandas team members all over 10k points and we've never seen any islands. What gives?

This is one of the levels that have changed after we played them. These days it only has two colours of blocks, it makes it slightly harder. 🤔

Do you play on Facebook? They fixed the issue of the login streak stuck on 1 day yesterday. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean it will be back to the previous login number you had, it just means it won’t be stuck on 1 day anymore.
However, if you mean you were playing Level 460 ish and you lost that progress, the most common cause is that somehow you’ve been logged out of your account. Try to log in again. In the game go to settings/account/log in. See if it works.
